This is not the best mousse I have tasted, but it's good and it's very easy to make. I will continue to search for the best chocolate mousse recipe in the world, stay tuned!
RECIPE
1 packet soy whipping cream
200 grams vegan chocolate
A little pure vanilla or vanilla extract, and some powdered sugar or other sweetener.
Melt the chocolate. Let it cool. Whip up the soy cream and whisk in the chocolate, the vanilla and the sweetener. Pour it in a nice bowl and put it in the fridge for an hour or so. Whip it up a little before serving.
