RECIPE
200 grams vegan butter
3 cups soy milk or other non-dairy milk
50 grams dry yeast
1 cup sugar, or a little less
2 tsp cardamum
1 tsp vanilla sugar
1 tsp baking powder
About 1 kg flour, + some more for kneading the dough
Melt the butter, mix with the milk and warm it until it's body temperature and ready for the yeast. Add the yeast and stir. Add sugar, baking powder and cardamum, and work in the flour until you have a smooth dough.
Cover it with plastic and let it rise for about an hour. Take out the dough and knead it for a while. Roll it into a big rectangle and put butter on it. Then drizzle cinnamon and suger over it. Roll it together and cut it in slices. Put the slices on a baking tray covered with wax paper, cover the buns and let them rise again for about 30 minutes. Place them in the oven for about 12-15 minutes. 425 F.
