Strawberry ice cream

Delicious on a hot summer day!  The cone is not vegan, so I didn't eat that myself.


RECIPE
3-400 grams fresh strawberries, rinsed
3 dl soy milk ( I used vanilla soy milk but regular is fine too)
1 box of vegan whipping cream (I use Oatly Visp, it's about 250 ml)
0,5 - 1 dl powdered sugar
A dash of vanilla, if you haven't used vanilla soy milk (optional, of course)
Throw it all in the food processor and blend it smooth. Put it in the fridge for about 30 minutes, and then put it in the ice cream maker until it's ready.
